Sorry but ERC's GDP in us$12k it means 4,096 AINERO. Btw, What happen with Jumaane?

Jumaane is an African country and its government face difficulty in improving the standard of living in Jumaane. Therefore, Jumaane is selected by the HTP first.

How about Tirnreich?

Tirnreich is considered stable. Therefore, HTP will help Tirnreich at a later date. I still need their GDP per Capita info though as it was not included.

Also, while reading the New Chandler information I wrote down, I screwed up on the GDP. I thought that was AINERO how I wrote it down and it wasn't, so please change the NC GDP PC to :AINERO: 17,303. Sorry about that, I thought that looks a little funny
