eDiplomacy of Fornax

The Fornaxian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pang Ho Whye have proposed today that Fornax should go electronic with all diplomatic missions.

Note: Diplomatic missions refer to embassies, general consulates, etc.

In summary of the proposal, here's the main point of the proposal:
1) All diplomatic missions in Fornax will be move to a new headquarter in each cities specially design for diplomatic missionaries.
2) All buildings currently and formerly owned by diplomatic missionaries will be taken by the Fornaxian Government.
3) All services will now be done via the world wide web, with the exception of a few activities.
4) All Fornaxian diplomatic missionaries in other countries will go electronic also but will occupy the building they own.

Problems noticed before the proposal is announced:
1) Tedious and lengthy application procedures for other countries to get a permission for a diplomatic missionary in Fornax.
2) Piling cases of diplomatic missions being close down in Fornax during any crisis on Fornax.
3) People having great difficulty locating their respective diplomatic mission.
4) Diplomatic missions taking up unneccessary huge area of land in land-scarce city.
5) Diplomatic missions does not open 24/7.

The reason for the proposal are as such:
1) Other countries no longer need to apply for lengthy and tedious permission to have a diplomatic mission on Fornax.
2) All countries will automatically get a diplomatic mission no matter what relations Fornax have to the other.
3) In case of any crisis happening in Fornax, other countries will no longer need to close down their diplomatic missions on Fornax.
4) Easier for permanent residents and non-locals to locate their country's diplomatic mission.
5) Compile all services together so that it will be easier to do things.
6) Free up valuable land spaces in which these diplomatic missionaries have taken a huge plot of land.
7) Create more job opportunities to Fornaxian.

This proposal is under heavy debate as there are a minority who go against the idea.

AIN-wise, all AIN members no longer need to apply to have a diplomatic mission in Fornax as all AIN countries will automatically have a diplomatic mission.

I don't think you should because part of diplomacy is the human interaction.. with electronics you don't get that. It's also hard to tell emotions of people online

The Embassy Headquarter is open to public with a specific reason. Example, collecting new passport. Otherwise, all other will be done either electronic or hotline.

but you're going to talk with diplomats from another country about a potential war between you over the internet? not a good idea

Lol. This will only take effect within Fornax. I'm still not yet decided on Fornaxian embassies on other countries.
