The Corraile Government has released a press release, stating that the Government is planning to set up an online-based system to help simplify requests and other processes regarding the government. Said President Kelvin Chuan,
"Such a system will benefit both the people and the government. It reduces the requirement for manpower to do seemingly menial tasks, such as paying of traffic fines and answering simple queries about government policies and regulations. Corraile has the technological level, and the willpower, to push through such reforms throughout the entire government, and also has the added advantage of having a relatively small population, which will help in quickening the implementation process. The Government will allow, and encourage, citizens to pay their taxes, fines and other miscellaneous payments through the online portal, rather than doing so through administration centres. This system will use the framework of the OPTIC program, which was also laid down by the Government, for the payment process."
Other details have yet to be released.
