Bidding Criteria and Rubric Empty Bidding Criteria and Rubric

With a lot of bidders, it will be tough to choose a host. The admins will be voting for the host based on the following scoring system. The city with the most combined scores will host the 2010 Summer AIN Expo.

AIN Expo Bidding Rubric

Logo

0 Point - Bid has no logo posted in their page.
1 Point - There is a logo present

Venue

0 Point - There are no venues proposed
1 Point - The venue proposed does not meet the requirements (Large stadium, large open field, park, city square or large indoor arena)
2 Points - The venue is able to host a good expo
3 Points - The venue is able to host a world class expo

City

0 Point - City is does not look prepared to host the expo
1 Point - City is somewhat able to host the expo
3 Points - City is superb and shows ability to host an international caliber event

Ammenities, Attractions and Transportation

0 Point - There are no ammenities, attractions or transportation present in the bid or city
1 Point - There are some or little ammenities, attractions or transportation present in the bid or city
3 Points - There are a lot of ammenities, attractions or transportation present in the bid or city

Bid Presentation

0 Point - Bid was presented poorly
1 Point - Bid was presented in a mediocre manner
2 Points - Bid was presented well
4 Points - Bid was presented in a professional manner

Hosting Experience

0 Point - The bidder has no past bidding experience with any union events and does not show potential at hosting
1 Point - The bidder has no past bidding experience, but shows potential at hosting the event
1 Point - The bidder has hosted atleast one event
2 Points - The bidder has done a phenominal job hosting atleast one event


Member Record

0 Point - The bidder is barely active
1 Point - The bidder is usually active
3 Points - The bidder is always active
