Overall, there's a great application here. Great design, structure, and complexity.

Though, just like all great apps, there are a few shortcomings:

Map seems a little unrealistic. It's not really coast conforming, correct me if I'm wrong.
Some minor overusage of PedMalls in the industrial area by the highway.
Water Mod
Just some road modification to make things look nicer and more realistic.

Of course, that cannot hinder me from such an impressive app. I say Yes. :towelwave:

Congratulations! Now the admin team will post some Points of Improvement (normally around 6 in total). Once a month has passed, and you feel you have completed the list of PoIs, then you are allowed to apply for Full Membership, which allows you to run for office. Smile

Points of Improvement

- Custom water mod
- More realistic housing developments, you've got combinations of Arab-styling, with some American suburban and Maxis lots all mixed together.
- More custom commercial buildings, there is a lot of Maxis commercial outlets in your images.

This list is supposed to be quite critical, so don't take it as us being mean or anything, it's just that we want to see some big improvements from every applicant before they go up to Full membership. Smile
