Aww no way - New Chandler is really great. All I did for this was do some residential zoning, buildingplop some MattB SYM buildings and print screen.

I look at some of my old work and cringe - in fact most of my old work. I think just looking at other CJs (like you are with St George) and learning some tips and tricks along the way is really helpful. And most of that above - the canal, raised railway and the layout was all impulsive. Just having a go and trying things out is really useful for me.
That's how I've learnt over the past year, just use RL and other CJs for inspiration and gain experience.

Yeh, this is more the northern suburbs of Celeste, which was close to the port of Calora and the railway link with Jennai, so it wasn't as badly affected by the closure of the Government and Royal areas in the centre of the city.
Plus most of these buildings had been abandoned by WW2 anyway, so weren't targets for British air raids, and were actually used to house the homeless post-war.
