Okay, so what time do you plan to hold the meeting.

We have a federal election in Australia on that day and voting is compulsory here so I may or may not be able to make it.

I would like to include:

City Notebook | Sub-sections for each CJ
AIN Forum | Inactive/Obselete Sections

In general, the first topic will debate on whether should we allow sub-sections on each CJ or not, while the second topic will debate on removing inactive and obselete sections.

These are to ease the issue of "no more sections due to limit reached".

• A new Sports Checklist will be created that will ask owners of Sports Leagues whether they wish to continue them every March and October.
  
• A new discussion thread on the issue of Eastern Hemisphere meetings will be opened.
  
• Admins will discuss the update of the Union Portal so that all of the admin team understand how to use it, so it can be updated more regularly.
  
• The Approved and Declined Application areas will be changed from alphabetical order to date order.
  
• New sub-forums on all CJs will be banned.
  
• A forum clean-up will coincide with each election, every six months, to save space on the site.
