Oh my goodness?! I'm totally shocked at Fornax's score, let alone it's placing.
I think I misread your instructions: I thought like for those questions such as "Forestry – How bad does it effect the environment" and "Fisheries – How bad does it effect the environment" means that a score of 1 means it doesn't affect the environment while 100 means it affects the environment.
I'll changed the scores right away.

Cattala is quite a small country and has invested in solar energy (like other countries like Cyprus and Malta) for many years and also opened marine reserves last year, to protect fishing stocks, plus there is very little heavy industry and intensive agriculture, so the EPI will be quite high.

Duwamish is dependent on solar power and wind power and is fairly small, so we're higher up...

We'll I did mines based on France, and it was surprisingly precise!
Once France uses a lot of Nuclear energy, as the Atlantic Federation.

Yeah, France is like this since their rivers aren't powerful to have alot of dams as Quebec do. (Remember that Quebec is the biggest productor of Hydro Electricity in the world

I found somewhere a detailed description of every country's EPI. I used that to find mine, as basing off a real life nation is more realistic then plugging what you think looks good.
