Yeah i think it wouldn't count since the World HQ is pretty much the biggest hq, so a major one in Fornax wouldn't make sense. Another building would allow the world hq to keep all the global/unionwide activities at the priority.

I agree with this new one, but Fornax is in a hard period of difficulties and problems. Sky Guy said that Bangorai' was on Oceania and not Asia.

I don't mind having any form of HQ (be it main HQ or regional HQ) on Fornax. It's just that construction will be delayed and a makeshift HQ will be created first on any existing structurally-sound building in Fornax.
