Licences and Licence Plates
Arcacians can apply for a learner driver's licence as soon as they turn 16. Licences are distinguishable by their coloured bands across the top which indicate the class.

Provisional Driver Licence: Red (has successfully passed practical exam and completed 150 hours of driving instruction; restricted to 80kph)
Provisional Driver Licence: Green (has successfully passed second written exam and held provisional licence for 12 months with no demerits; restricted to 90kph)
Driver Licence: Black (has held green provisional licence for 12 months with no demerit points; unrestricted)
Driver Licence: Gold (has held unrestricted licence for 5 years; unrestricted)

Classes LR, MR, HR, HC, MC - Rigid and combination vehicles (trucks)

On the back of the licence, the class of vehicle the holder is allowed to drive, along with any conditions or restrictions are listed.
Conditions:
S=Must wear spectacles (glasses) or contact lenses while driving (for people with minor visual impairment)
N=Must not drive at night (for people with demonstrably poor night vision)
L=Must not drive above a certain speed limit (for people on a provisional licence)
R=Must not drive outside of Arcacia (optional, cheaper licence)

Licence plates in Arcacia are, well, boring. They are functional. That is all. They are white, with reflective blue lettering.
The first two letters indicate the district or territory where the vehicle is registered. PR=Providence, IY=Isle of Yorke, RD=Redding, CI= Cyrene Islands, PI=Pioneer Islands, BP=Bronx Province, SV=Saint Vincent.
The first two numbers indicate the year the vehicle was registered.
The last two letters and one number are unique to the vehicle.

All at once? I started first  It was considered as flu by Dryan (If I remember well) at first, because it was expanding fast.
