Air Duwamish and Fly Illu'a merge
Official Press release
Air Duwamish™ has announced, after weeks of speculation, that it will merge with Fly Illu'a™ of Illlu'a. Terms of the merger includes Fly Illu'a stock absorbing Air Duwamish stock, the company remaining as a regional service brand and still serving Tulalip International Airport (DTI). Several planes will be swapped, including the 747 fleet going to FI and several smaller Airbus planes going to AD.
Re: Air Duwamish and Fly Illu'a merge
Will the merged entity be under a holding corporation, or owned by Fly Illu'a? Also, is the merged entity's stock floated?

Re: Air Duwamish and Fly Illu'a merge
The merger will result in changes in both airlines.
The new Fly Illu'a livery reintroduces the Rhododendron as the official logo. The old modern style livery, with greatly contrasting colors, will be replaced by a more eye pleasing livery. The new livery has the Rhododendron on the tail with circles of blue radiating from it. The Air Duwamish livery will remain exactly the same.
Information on routes to be released later.

I think the green is too dark on the Duwamish plane, I don't think it works with the blue.

Re: Air Duwamish and Fly Illu'a merge
Fly Illu'a's greatest change is the addition of "Flagship" routes. From the new acquisition of Boeing 747-400s, a few select routes will have a 747 permanently assigned to it.
The current routes selected are:
Colbitz-Providence (Arcacia)
Colbitz-Tokyo-Banku Taou' (Bangorai')
Strathmore-London Gatwick-Dubai
Centreburg Gateway-Paris CDG
