How does this thing work?

I was thinking that you could ask people to renew their pages every 3-4 months or so, to keep it updated. Maybe use a system similar to Part 9, with the guide to what needs posting and updating. So that the Fact Book isn't out of date as soon as it's published.

..OR
update the AINWiki (send requests to members to update, who will respond when requested updates have been amended) and publish the Factbook once a year/set times ? Because in the end there needs to be one person compiling all the data gathered and producing the final document, which is a big project.

In the Fact book, I was wondering, by seeing Thomas' post, if every nation will have a page with informations or is it only a comparative book?
