Bandwidth Issue

I would like to apologise about the issue with most of the images on the site, it seems we've been so popular this month that the account we currently have most of the site images on has exceeded its bandwidth. Currently the admin team is working on resolving this issue, and we hope to have the site back to normal asap.

Hey guys, We apologize for the inconvenience, I upgraded to pro, so in a few hours, everything should be back to normal. The plan is that since I'm leaving, I will be deactivating the PetrovarAmbassador account(where most of AIN union images are found as well), so I will be transferring them to another account that will be accessable by the admins

I have two photobucket accounts and I went over on one of them for the second month in a row.... In three days that account should be back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience for my journal and my work (and my beautiful signature)

I haven't had any trouble seeing images, other than select signatures

There was an issue this morning which basically meant the entire forum was an Upgrade to Pro today! advert.

If we set up some restrictions on images, we could save bandwidth....

For example:

All pics have to be 800x600 at the most and .jpg

Signature pics have to be 300x50 at the most and they can be any format.

Maybe we start a debate/ open a poll about this...I'd like to see it passed if we want to reduce bandwidth.

Edit: I know virtually everyone here has signature pics and posts pics that are large.....but if we do this...bandwidth will go a lot farther.

The bandwidth was an issue with Peter's Photobucket account, and not the forums. Sorry if that wasn't too obvious in my previous posts.

Oh....I see....well Peter could try it in his account too.
