So when will this begin?

The actual show will be in December. In late October I'll start co-ordinating with the host and in November I'll post the entry form.

So what do I need to build?

All you need is a descent indoor arena, such as a convention centre or something similar.

The event itself is fairly easy to run. I just need to work out some graphics and so forth, as well as the interval act. and national intro videos.

We've got plenty of time.

I don't want to give too much away, but this is one event you don't want to miss. I have something pretty special planned.

The competition will start on Saturday. The national entries will be posted and you will have 3 days to vote.

Watch each video and then rank them in order of your favourite to your least favourite. You then assign points as follows:

There are 18 entrants in this competition. Your least favourite 8 entries receive 0 points. You do not need to include this in your voting message. You then score your top 10 entries by giving 1 to 8 points. Your top 2 get 10 or 12 points. So, an example of your vote, including your own commentary would look like this:

Hello, this is Providence calling. Here is the Arcacian vote:

1 - Country
2 - Country
3 - Country
4 - Country
5 - Country
6 - Country

10 - Country
12 - Country

Remember, you are not ranking from 1 to 12, you are giving 1 point up to 12 points.

All entrants are required to vote. If you do not have an entry, you are also invited to vote.

Voting is done by PM. You must PM your votes to me (Daniel) by the deadline, which is Tuesday. The results will be posted on Wednesday and the winner revealed. The winner is then ordaned as the host for the next AINvision Song Contest.

You cannot vote for your own entry, although bloc voting is permitted. For example, Tongolia and the Sarnia Islands, Arcacia and Lycanthia can vote for each other, but not for themselves.

As the competition is in Illu'a, all dates and times are Pacific Standard Time. So, if you are on the other side of the International Date Line, you will need to adjust.
