The comments panel isn't working for me, so I'll post my reply here.
That looks amazing! I get the feeling you might outshine me with those Mediterranean pictures...

Whoa! New Years for me was awesome! 8) Anywho,
Thomas: Don't worry! This is a VERY old picture that I took a year ago. So I'm not returning to the Mediterranean set because it can get very repetitive.
MiguelLeal: Thanks man!
Hope all of you had a great New Years party!

Re: Many Side Projects
Sorry for the lack of updates, but RL has kept me away from SC4. Anyways, I've been able to play SC4 a little bit. This time, I'm doing something different. The teaser I showed on New Year's Eve is the current theme. Again, stay tuned for new updates.

Yes! I'm lucky for once! Barely any homework, got to do some socializing and what-not. Anyways, here's a teaser for my region. I would've posted this earlier but I forgot about my tileset being American than Euro, so yeah. Took me a while to figure out.
Sorry for no PSing, I just wanted to show a teaser and nothing more.

Yes it is Dryan, I just wanted to retry my Mediteranean set again, I felt I could've done a better job when I looked back at my other Med. works.

Great city, it's very hard to get that kind of style to not repeat and become boring, and you've done it well.

That's a great city, a combination of mediterranean and modern. I like the Downtown area. It has such an interesting look!

Re: Many Side Projects
(The first three images are for those who are too lazy to go simtropolis. )
------
Tour of Napoli Segment 1
Welcome to Napoli! Get ready for an awesome adventure because you're going an all around Onubis / Eurasia tour! For our first segment, Napoli is a great city if you're looking for views or entertainment.
Additionally, Napoli's upcoming Western Film called False Grit will be due in early Q2 2011. Luckly, the filming crew didn't have to leave Napoli because of nearby dry land. If you're wondering if they had to build all of this, of course! For now, it's just the series of sets on a small area. After the film is done, they planning to turn this set into muesum for extra income.
Main Napoli, what a beauty!
The national soccer (football) field houses over 50,000 spectors, this replaced the old staduim and now demolished.
Venture out to the coastlines....
The smaller CBD of Napoli, (WIP still, needs different high-rises.)
This what makes Napoli an awe-inspiring city, the hill resideneces provides an excellent view.

Stay tuned for segment 2!

Re: Many Side Projects
Thanks guys!
@Thomas: You know how you said that I might outshine in Med cities, well you kinda had it coming.
EDIT: With my snow day, I was able to make two new cities, both in WIP. However, I've been experimenting and I've made a more rocky coast line. This will come eventually, no images for now. :snowsnowsnow:

Tour of Napoli Segment 1 pt.2
The smaller CBD has been reworked and this is what it looks like now. I actually like this version than the first. :satisfied:
The farther we go, the more beautiful the views are....

Re: Many Side Projects
More great work, although I'm not sure about the rocks on that beach. Maybe use some more sand or browner rocks? The black doesn't really work for me.
