Should the title of Head of Department change to Minister?

PROPOSAL: CHANGE OF DEPARTMENT HEAD TITLES

In the real world the person responsible for a Department who is a member of the Executive has the Title of Minister.
I propose that we change Head to Minister to better reflect real life and bring more realism into the union.

It would involve no changes to the actual duties of the (heads) Ministers, but would be more of a cosmetic change.

I agree with this proposal cuz the current naming system kinda follow the US naming system in my POV. Minister is commonly use in the world so yeah.
