PROPOSAL: TO ASSIGN UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION CODES
PROPOSAL:
To assign unique codes on every proposal/Bill/Draft so that they can be easily tracked and logged.
It would be a simple process and code. Such as P31/10/10 the P stands for Proposal the 31 stands for 31st proposal submitted for the month and the 10 stands for the month ie October and the last 10 for the year 2010
If the proposal passes both houses of the Parliament the Alpha Code would change to L or some other letter we can decide on.

Re: PROPOSAL: TO ASSIGN UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION CODES
It sounds like it's adding a lot of beurocracy to what should be a simple process. Already we struggle with the University system, and having orders, treaties etc.
