Proposal: Amendment to Change to Section 1.1 in constitution

Its not very important, but after reading section 1.1 of the Constitution of AIN, it has not been updated to fit the new regulations

As I quote

Should be changed to

Full Membership applications also need to fulfil a checklist requirements,
including all of the essential prerequisites from a junior membership application,
as seen above, and at least 10 in-game images, including Before and After pictures.
The applicant including this must have worked on the Administrators five points of improvement.

and

The basic
requirements are a unique and realistic flag and coat of arms,
a location map, realistic size and population of the country,
a suitable type of Government, the NAM and a reasonable amount
of custom content and a strong and detailed history. Then a minimum
of ten pictures are to be posted in the thread.

should be changed to
