today signed an agreement on military union between the Socialist Republic of Galbadia and The Royal and Holy Kingdom of cattala
the terms of the agreement are:

• a full technology alliance.
  

• a joint security force.
  

• permission for the Salvatori Marino to dock in Galbadia.
  

• Cielo Salvatori planes to land at Galbadian military airports.
  

• This right would also be granted to Galbadian planes and ships in Cattala.
  

• the use of the Tudor Heavy Shipyards and cooperation to build the Bonnecelli Aircraft Carrier.
  

• participation of three countries on AT-32 LIFT Trainer Project.
  

• and a contract with KBT Corporation for to be the leading supplier of materials for the armed forces of cattala

Today The Ministry of National Segurity and the Ministry of Defence has raised Galbadian alert level to DEFCON 2
(Defence Condition 2)in response to the threat of terrorist attack discovered on Syldavia, All defense forces should be alert,officials of the National Security Force will be sent to major airports
and national landmarks, and an contingent of GGF soldiers will be sent to
the Alianta Tunnel.
Under the federal law No 2324/95:

(...) "all terrorism suspects be arrested and investigated under the jurisdiction of the Federal Police and the Central Intelligence Service (CIS),If proven guilty will be punished according to international laws and the Supreme Constitution of Galbadia"(...)

With much pain, I come to report the fatal blow to Galbadia, I stayed away from my house for a week, taking part in lectures in another city, I arrived at my house yesterday and had the sad news that the power supply of my computer had broken and ruined my HD too, I lost all my save games, my plugins, my backup; today I bought another power supply (500W) and one HD, I have to start over Galbadia again from scratch,this will take some months to recover all the plugins and restart the region, So long as it would normally participate in the forum, the role plays, events, etc.
