Government: A hybrid based on transparency and democracy, major decisions are put to a referendum that 61% of the population are eligible to vote in (usually 6 referendums a year). The government is highly centralised and small with 4 local government administrative regions responisble for minor government. Cill Orglan is a Republic headed by Príomh-Comhalta den Dlísheomra (Chief of our Chamber) who is responsible for the cabinet of ten ministers and the Dlísheomra (the asselmbly of elected).
