Linktoria has a very good team! I use MVP 07 or MVP 06 to sim games/tourneys. Sure they're college baseball games, but you create teams on it and that way i can replace any team on it with that.

Make sure to check around other things like the upcoming 2011 SIBF AIN Baseball Classic! Or bid for the World Cup, i think Syldavia is gonna be good!
