according to wikipedia the Tokyo Bay Aqua-line a same type tunnel has overall length of 14 km and is the fourth largest tunnel, mine has about 24 km, then it should be the 3rdSo how do you know its the 3rd longest?
every 7 km there is an access hatch in a small artificial island, with enough space for rescue helicopters landings and a rescue squad is always on standby for any emergencies. What happens if the tunnel collaspes?

The Gate to the Seas...
Part I - The Gates
The Tudor Port is the 2nd biggest port of Galbadia, the main access is via Highway 114, crossing the Silver Bay bridge.
All over the harbor is possible to find huge warehouses of large companies as Maersk Sealand, Hapag-Lhyod etc.
Is also easy to find great commercial and residential centers
One of the most famous point of the city the ruins of Windsor towers, one housing project of the end of 80s partially destroyed during the revolution.
The center of the peninsula you can watch the Tudor Petrochemical Complex, a great new development of PETROGAL (Petroleum of Galbadia S.A), an underground pipeline ends at this refinery which produces most of the fuel used in the region
And finally the Tudor Heavy Shipyards Co. one of the leading shipyards in the country, producing from fishing boats and tankers to warships and submarines.
coming soon the second part of this update

The Gate to the Seas...
Part II - The Guardians
The guardians of the sea, the brave men who defend the seas of capital they operate in the Tudor Naval Air Maintenance Base;this base is on the northern of Tudor peninsula, next to the Petrogal Petrochemical Complex, built at 1936 to patrol the Alianta Strait territorial waters;the base had great importance for the socialist revolution, the main base of operations in the the region, part of the docks were destroyed during attacks by government forces, being rebuilt in 1992
Technically this base was built to defend the capital, but in 2001 it was reformed to be a base for maintenance the first fleet GMDF, this can be seen next image the Navy Technical College, the Communications Center of the base, and the Military Village where the officers live with their families,in the village can be found a tennis, baskett and soccer field for the off duty officers, all houses have free water, energy and Gas, also can be provided paid telephone and internet.
here also operates the Air Mintenance Group, responsible for the maintenance the aircraft of the Navy, Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard, the runway also is used by the Galbadia Coast Guard to patrol missions and rescue;because of the short extension of the runway, only operated at the air base, helicopters, fighter jets and small STOL aircrafts.
To protect the Port Tudor is a squadron of Navy patrol vessels and a Coast Guard base, the navy warships only come to the base to making repairs, with except of patrol vessels and ships of the Coast Guard;other ships operate from Hawlett Naval Base at south of Novenber Island.

Re: Updates
FROM THE BEGINNING AGAIN...
I know this is not a "real" update, but I decided to do it to show that I'm still part of AIN, and I am on active duty in SC4, it may take another few months, but soon I will show the power of Galbadia !
I decided to start at the tips of the map, with the highways, rural areas etc.., this is a small rest stop in one of the roads that give access to capital, can you see the ramps and toll
here in this photo we can see one of the access ramps and restaurants
sorry for the recent decline in the quality of my updates, all those days I was downloading like crazy :~XC:
