I would like a night decoration with lights and the size of 4*1 and 3*1.

I believe SimPeg has some buildings with christmas lights

But they don't work in my PC, dont know why. We need to variate, I want to give to Fairview population new Christamas decorations. Evillions and Forthwall already have offered to do this.

I tried, but it didn't worked out as I wanted to. You could try to download some props and custom lot it yourself. Then use the SC4Tool and make it TE.

Can you do it? Please... because I want to decorate my cities.

there is something on sc4 devotion in the parks menu i think

In order to see the nightlighting, you must install the EP1-Update 1 for Rush Hour/SimCity 4 Deluxe, and then afterwards, install the SC4-Update for nightlighting (note: you have to be logged in in order to see thedownload link). If this update isn't installed, you won't see anylighting effects on custom BAT buildings.
