Invitation to Russian States

Greetings everyone,

I would like to invite all the current AIN members who share or have interest in Russian culture to join a meeting to be held in the New Altai Republic starting the 4th of December 2010. At the moment the meeting agenda consists of:
*Review of the current situation of the attending states
*Identify common interests points (Political, Economical, Social, Technological, Environmental)
*Identify possibilities how these states can collaborate together to achieve their own goals.
*Review if there are international issues that the nations can help and/or support each other at the moment.

If you would like to add a discussion topic to the list, please present it here. Also if you would like to lead the discussion over a specific topic, please nominate yourself here. The length of the meeting has not yet been decided and also the start date might change, these both depend on attending nations and the amount of topics.

Since the Russians are the largest minority in our country. Dolgaria will attend the meeting.

Greetings to all,

Thank you all for your interest in this event. I have come here today to give instructions regarding the event. Starting with a list of participating states:

The meeting takes place 11th - 18th December in Barnaul, New Altai Republic. Delegates arriving at the Barnaul International Airport will be police escorted to their pre-determined accommodations before and during the event. Altayan police force will be responsible for the visitors' security during the event. The event agenda consists of:

1. Review of the current situation of the attending states (All visitors are requested to briefly describe their current 1-to-1 relations between each other)
   
2. Identify common interest points (Political, Economical, Social, Technological, Environmental). Will be discussed after #1.
   
3. Identify possibilities how these states can collaborate together to achieve their own goals. Will be discussed after #2.
   
4. Review any international issues that the nations have/can help with, at the moment. Will be discussed after #3.

Reminder for everyone to bring warm clothing as the current temperatures are between -11°C to -15°C.
