Linktoria will host a Christmas parade and party in downtown Linktoria City on Dec 24th. Linktoria will also host a New Years celebration with the ball dropping at 12:00am 1/1/11.

The Christmas parade wil be posted a bit late, I'll be in St Louis during Christmas, but it'll allbe fine!

Fireworks Invasion! That's the name of Vladivostok Fireworks Festival when everyone is welcome to shoot his firework at 0:00 AM, the 1st of January!

Das'gotn will have the pleasure of exploding 2 old ships this new year, in celebration of the New Things.

And Dras'kon will have a basic Fireworks display

And Kreich will open there new Wonderland Theme Park on 12/25/10, and host the Inauguration of the New President : Yoshi Sakurma

The following events will be held in the Tirnreich:

Zollfrei Weinachten- Translates to "Tax-Free Christmas." From 22-24 December, all sales taxes are set to 0%. This includes taxes on goods, services, and food. This allows families to have a nice pre-Christmas dinner, as well as participate in last minute shopping, allowing businesses a period of time, albeit short, to make a final attempt at making a profit.

Neujahr Feier- Celebrations across the Empire, from the Neujahr Fireworks on the Tirn River in Nachtsburg, to the recently planned Parade van Olifanten in Mokolo, to the construction of the Jahr von der Kaiser sculpture garden on Kaiser Island.

Souverän Gericht- This "Sovereign Forum," to be held on 7 January 2011, is a brunch, tour, dinner, and conference. All current heads of state are invited to attend. The brunch, to be served in the Nachtsburg (castle), will be followed by a tour of the Tirnreich's ancient capital, Nachtsburg. After visiting several museums, palaces, and sights, the heads of state will eat a dinner at the Imperial Palace, and subsequently participate in a forum, where heads of state talk about future projects, relations with the Tirnreich, and whatever pressing matters are announced.

I feel sorry for the Tirnreich's treasury coffers. They'll lose a lot of money...

we have tax free days here in the US too in certain states, it does indeed stimulate the economy, LOTS of people go shopping to save on those TAXES

Bangorai' plans to have a fireworks display from the tallest building in every major city. I will try and get pic, but I don't know how busy I'll be. Speaking of, does anyone know of a fireworks tutorial?
