Royal Media International
Royal Media International is the new name for Sky Cattala, the nationalised satellite television broadcaster. Sky Cattala is the largest media corporation in Cattala, and dominates all of the Pay-TV market, as well as providing two errestrial television channels and over a dozen satellite channels. Recently RMi expanded into Killorglin, Greece and Rhodes, and is aiming to broadcast in the Republic of Ireland, Portugal and in Roumeli within the next year.
Over the next few weeks, all of the channels in the network will be rebranded. Initially, only the News, Movies and Sports channels have been rebranded.

Re: Royal Media International
Royal? The Killorglians won't be best pleased - anyway the Atlantic brand could remain in Killorglin?
Re: Royal Media International
Atlantic Media is a subsidiary of Royal Media International, and therefore will remain broadcasting as "Atlantic" in Eire, Killorglin and Portugal.
Think of it as UTV, or STV.

Re: Royal Media International
Royal Media International is pleased to be expanding into the SE Asian market. We look forward to working with Karasem Intervision on the development of our Cattalian network in Karasem.
BTW: RMI has no advertisements, although if enough nations sign up an International Channels network may be started and you would receive RMI World News and Sport Intl. This would mean they'd have adverts for your region, depending on if that's necessary.

Re: Royal Media International
New Regional Offices have been announced in Syldavia and Galbadia, bringing the total number of overseas headquarters for Rmi to four. The Director General of Rmi claimed that the expansion will lead to "Massive overseas competition and development for Cattala".
Also announced this evening were the creation of news bureaus in Alelantis, the Tirnreich, Galbadia and Syldavia, allowing for overseas news presentation from nations across all five continents of the globe. The Director of Rmi News joined his DG in supporting the expansion of overseas headquarters, and also hinted at the possibility of the creation of an Rmi World Service. "It's certainly being looked at, if the demand is there."
--Rmi is looking to see if the demand for a World Service network is wide enough to justify the creation of a network that will broadcast Cattalian events worldwide.--
