Llithustania's New Flag Proposal

Llithustania is about to change the national flag, with a totally new outlook and design, with this it is possible that the coat of arms maybe rearranged.

I really like this flag - I should probably update the flag of Cattala to something more realistic, but I think I've grown attached to my flag. Cheeky/Razz
