President arrives in Saint Vincent

SAINT VINCENT is the new capital of Arcacia! Well... at least, it is for a few weeks while the President is in town. President Raffaele arrived this evening on a SouthAir flight from Providence and will remain in Saint Vincent at least until the host of the IV Alliance Winter Games is announced. If Saint Vincent wins the hosting rights, the President says he will remain until after the games are over, meaning that Saint Vincent is the temporary administrative capital of Arcacia. Well... not really. The President is technically on leave and the Vice President is acting on his behalf, back in Providence.

President Raffaele is on long service leave, only the third President in Arcacia's history to hold office long enough to claim it. He became eligible in November and chose Saint Vincent as the place where he would spend it, personally overseeing the run-up to the IV Alliance Winter Games host announcement. If Saint Vincent is not chosen as the host, the President says he will travel to Sydney and Queensland to visit friends and family before returning to Providence in mid-March.

Well... Good luck! From my point of view, President Raffaele will be staying there for the long run
