A recreation of a RL city? Using RL landmarks?

I guess it's a recreation of Paris. Unless there's another city in the world with an Eiffel Tower?

Besides, the real Eiffel Tower is right next to the river.

This is, in fact, not a recreation; it's my Lower Columbian version of a RL city, using the city's RL name. Here are a few hints as to which city it is:

• Julien lives in the country where the RL version of this city is located.
  
• This city hosted a couple of major international events in RL last year.
  
• That copy of the Eiffel Tower was built for the Pacific Expo, held in my version of the city in 1926 (read Lower Columbia's wiki article and you'll get the name of the city)

Looks like you all guessed the right city! Just remember, this isn't a recreation of the real Vancouver; the real one probably doesn't have a copy of the Eiffel Tower

If you're wondering why the CP seasonal trees are acting weird: It seems that I have a plugin that's messing them up. I'll try playing again without that plugin and see what happens.

BTW, my Vancouver is still very much a WIP, so not everything you see above will stay the way it is.
