Simlympic bids due 18 April!

Those of you who are bidding for the upcoming XIV Summer Simlympics - this applies to you.

The bidding window for the next Simlympics will close on April 18 - next Monday, five days from now. Some of you have announced your bids but not posted them, so if you're serious about bidding, get your bids posted at SimSports now! I encourage all of you to just post what you've already completed now, and post the rest as soon as it's done, so your bid doesn't go to waste.

When will the PAS opened?

The exact date hasn't been decided yet, but it will be sometime after bidding closes. Definitely this month, though.

Here's the latest from the ISC:

Bidding officially closed at 03:01 GMT today. Do not add anything to, or change anything in, your bid, or it will be disqualified. (I mention this because one of the bidders edited his bid after the deadline, thus disqualifying his bid.)

The host of the June Simlympics will be announced by the end of April, at the ISC session. The host of that session will be announced shortly.
