Following this conversation... Bringing it in a "official" place to discuss. Because the summit isn't the place to make the decisions I guess. Btw, I'm glad the summit is back Smile

It would be best not to start these discussions until the summit is over. We still have two more days' worth of discussion questions to consider, and then we'll need to vote (also within the summit) to create the Security Council. For now, let's hold off on answering the questions here.

The summit is where voting on this will take place. Decisions about the details will take place in the summit, so this thread isn't needed.

Well the idea of the summits is that major new ideas can be put forward there, debated and discussed there and then put straight into law. Otherwise we'd have no purpose for the summits.
