Will be busy for a while....

Seeing that school is taking more of my free time, I would not be able to update my CJs or anything major involved in the SC4 community. Therefore, I will be on leave until further notice. I am sorry, but I cannot do anything with Simcity4 for a while.

That's perfectly acceptable - School always comes first, no matter what. Good luck with your work.
