Roquebrune is a non-aggressive state and we do not believe in the use of military to resolve disputes; however Roquebrune enacts its own ‘tread carefully’ legislation. Roquebrune expresses its foreign policy on neutrality and discretion and we invest in the interests of our nation and our citizens.

45%-64%: Neutral (No union required, however diplomatic relations must be established).
10%-44%: Low Diplomatic relations (Could be improved with positive initatives, no diplomatic relations established).
0%-9%: Distinct lack of diplomatic or amicable relations between the countries. (Negative initatives are most likely in use).
