GAME: Trading City-Building Styles

I am not sure if this belongs in the games section, so I will just post it here.

Anywho, I decided to create a game where you try to build a city similar to another person's work.

EXAMPLE:

Person A creates City A
Person B creates City B
-------
Person B attempts to copy Person A's City A and vise versa
-------
Or in other words, attempt to copy another person's style.
-------

In order for this to happen, we have to use Maxis only content. The only add-ons allowed are:

Now that we have six people, the next step is building your city. This period will be one week long.

RULES Pt. 2
- Must build on a medium sized city.
- DO NOT add any other plugins EXPECT the ones mentioned on the first post.
- Complete the city within the week period. Failure to post your city will result into disqualification.

RULES Pt. 3: The images
- Post five to ten images of your city.
- You need one overview of the city
- No photoshopping allowed for obvious reasons. HOWEVER, you are allowed to add a border to your images.

Yes, I am aware that there is a European tile set in SC4, but for reasons, I want this challenge to be much Maxis as possible to a certain extent so that everyone will join.

Pretty much.
