Discussion Topic : Peaceful/Forceful removal of East Uroborian War Criminals from East Uroboria to be tried in AIN Court


We would like to bring up a discussion on the taking of the East Uroborian War Criminals by force who are currently in East Uroboria, and have been pardoned in the nation. But had caused crime in the nation of South Uroboria and Shushtrepistaz before the independence, these war criminals include Iquari Condola, the creator of the East Uroborian Rebellion Movement and Kedio Karunta, the man who started the Terrorist Network in Shushtrepistaz. We would like the peacful removal of these criminals from East Uroboria, but if it does not work, we would like to forcefully remove them from the Nation. The current statement from the government of East Uroboria is that they will not send out these people, due to them being pardoned by the presidential power of Urio Kuigje.

The United Kingdom of Cattala would like to ask where the AIN Court comes into this matter. Considering it doesn't fulfill a judiciary role anymore.

I never got information on that, and if it doesn't fill a judiciary role, then it is just an empty office, a waste of funds eh?

No, because the Ministry for Justice and Constitutional Affairs runs the Alliance Security Council and has the smallest budget of any of the ministries. Which you will find out when it's released shortly.

Doesn't that mean they run a body that can function without it, and therefore AIN Court would mean the entity of the Security Council then?

The Ministry for Justice and Constitutional Affairs manages it by dealing with the rotation of panel members and removing inactive permanent members. And I'm not sure what he means by AIN Court, that's why I'm asking. Cheeky/Razz

He means like "AIN court" as in being tried in an AIN Court, to prevent corruption

Surely the AIN security council could establish a temporary court for specific matters thus removing the need for a permanent court but also allowing for matters to dealt with in a judicial fashion...
