At the time of 12/17/11 9:40 PST, I have returned to AINSI, why you may ask. It was dying for a bit, I did not want something that I helped bring up die, I wanted to cause change, take revenge by making the DRD to combat the change of AINSI, but I think I can handle it, fix it, and rebuild both departments.

As Minister for Citizen's Affairs, I'm pleased to welcome ForthWall back as Commissioner of the AINSI, due to the inactivity of its former commissioner.

I wish the sub-department and its Commission the best of luck during its development as a self-running and independent department in the MCA.
