Charter for Alliance Rugby Board (Rugby Union)
This is a charter to establish Alliance Rugby Board (ARB), an international organisation in the AIN realm, which purpose is to govern and organise rugby (union) football events amongst alliance nations. The ARB is a special-regional member of the International Rugby Board. The participation in the ARB is completely obligatory for all member states, but must be done via this thread. No nation may enter any ARB organised events without introducing their national team here.
How to apply to the ARB?
State the following information:
- Name of the national rugby union organisation & nickname(s) of the national team (if any) and a picture of the jersey (preferably use this to design your jersey, there are 16 different design styles+you can create more with image editing)
- Founding year of the national rugby organisation
- Home stadium (location), capacity + nickname (if any) (+ picture)
- (Not necessary) Brief history of rugby in the country (when it began, any international achievements etc.)
- Any additional information (any international rankings will be disregarded when collecting information at this stage)
If the ARB receives 3+ members, I will start organising a tournament for us. Also I will try to devise a ranking system based on the currently world rankings and equalised between the regions. For example pacific states will be considered stronger than Asian states.

National Stadium (Cap. 86,000)
In 1882, English nationalists brought rugby to Meridiania for the first time, it quickly gained a following, and resulted in the formation of the MFRB in 1921. Currently, the highest league of Meridianian Rugby is the Tasman League, which plays with 12 teams in Meridiania, Australia and New Zealand. By power of deduction, in 2009, Meridiania won the First, and only Sim Rugby World Cup (it was actually one of my former nations, but still, and it was the host nation too).
For ranking's purposes, Meridiania is a Pacific Nation.
