Money Tree

One of the best add ons for Sim City 4 is the Money Tree. Also, an other very usefull thing is NAM (look up Network Addon Mod on Simtropolis). The thing that I found most helpfull are these videos by ErwinNegentig on YouTube.

Agreed if you're like me though the old classic "weaknesspays" works to the same effect as the Money tree if you ask me.

I couldnt find the one i wanted, but the one i have gives you something like 1,000,000 a month, and also then you dont have to think about it to

(also i find typeing in the weakness pays gets annoying after a while)

if you highlight weaknesspays in the text box hit cntrl+C and then enter all you need to do is hit cntrl+V to paste weaknesspays in that text box

I have the Money Tree where it generates over billions of dollars per month XD

Personally, I just use a mod which implaces a more realistic $100,000,000 into my city bank upon startup.

i have a plaza that makes me 4 billion dollars a month... so i put 2 !

I use Buggi's Maxis Extra Cheats.dll for realistic/infinite money. moolah [number] is one of the most useful cheats in the list.

If you use Azul's MAX Money Mod it puts a crazy large amount of money in your account... way more than any of the above amounts.

Yeh, I use Extra Cheats by Buggi too. I think I also have a x10 tax mod, so I get more money despite keeping taxes at a good level.

Where did you get a x10 tax mod from? It sounds like a good thing for my small towns.
