Who unlocked the thread!? it wasnt suppose to be...

Huh ? I didn't. Lol.

well here's what happened from my POV:

So basically what happend was that after max posted the unfinished OC, it was either unlocked or locked to the public. I commented on it(as admins can see everything regardless of whether it was meant to be invisble for the whole public). If it was locked to the public, someone unlocked it, and as a result people commented on it. Then max saw this and locked the thread. I then unlocked it, thinking that we had a hacker, and it didnt occur to me that it was unfinished. Then the oc thread was again locked and max did some damage control.
