Velikijie Luga Gorod - Great Plains City - Narcotic Capital of Hiigara.
This is one of the straingest cities in Hiigara, it was build as a Jail City, after the terra project Hiigara, Velikijie Luga started growing and soon become second largest on the shores of sea - Kars.

Few things remain of the old heritage, but most importened remaindes Drugs are allowed in Velikije Luga in special districts called - Narcotic Paradise, where if you are over 25 you can use drugs that are not have niedels. One of the most popular is called "Glaza Sajuuka" - "Eyes of Sajuuk" it is belieaved that you can see sajuuk and can become a part of him if you use this drug.

Albion is one of the biggest 16 tribes in Hiigara, they came from Rus' fleeing from Christians and founded a trading base where right now is Vladivostok is and soon started colonising the Hiigaran Islands and created there the Albion Kingdom. It waged wars whit Melkians and Forest Hiigarans (Stronghold Empire). In 1921 the Republic of Albion was attacked by the reds, but protected it independence. In 1949 the Albion Republic was invaded by Soviet Union and a state of People Republic of Albion was created. In 1962 the Republic was liberated by the Hiigaran Union (It became Hiigaran United Confederacy in 1964). In 2032 the Republic was destroyed by Ion Blast and Republic was rebuild on T1 and now is the only huge slavic state in Hiigaran Confederacy.

The capital of Albion is Morskaja Gora. (Translation Sea Mounten)

You know what Hiigarar, it would be nice if you had the Winter Palace Mod placed in your nation. That would've stood out really nice with the cities you've designed.
