What's your country's currency and how much is it worth?
Another one of my timekillers. Kalnobia's currency is called Preveta, here's a picture:
One USD is worth 0.36 Preveta. Here are some popular monetary amounts in Preveta:
US$ 5 - [PREV]1.80
US$ 20 - [PREV]7.20
US$ 100 - [PREV]36.00
US$ 1000 - [PREV]360.00
US$ 10000 - [PREV]3600.00
US$ 24500 - [PREV]8820.00 (Common american income)
US$ 30000 - [PREV]10800.00
US$ 100000 - [PREV]36000.00
US$ 500000 - [PREV]180000.00
US$ 1000000 - [PREV]360000.00
In the VTR, they use the Vaitu Preveta, which is basically the standard Preveta with a different inscription and less value
One USD is worth 0.91 VTR Preveta. One VTR Preveta is worth [PREV]2.52. Therefore:
US$ 5 - [VTRP]4.55
US$ 20 - [PREV]18.20
US$ 100 - [PREV]91.00
US$ 1000 - [PREV]910.00
US$ 10000 - [PREV]9100.00
US$ 24500 - [PREV]22295.00 (Common american income)
US$ 30000 - [PREV]27300.00
US$ 100000 - [PREV]91000.00
US$ 500000 - [PREV]455000.00

My country's currency if the raffi (symbol ri$), the newest currency on Earth.
The raffi is pegged to the Singapore Dollar due to the an agreement between Raffore Islands and Singapore.
Currently, as of March 8 2009 00:00, 1 USD is equal to ri$0.543
Raffi has also became one of the world's strongest currency according to some anaylists. At one point, the raffi is so strong that every other currency on earth is weaker than the raffi, but that was before the Aranium Scare Incident.

Perthshire uses the Enipaigi which is Old Perthsherian for egg. Like the government it's the oldest currency on earth being founded at about 200 BC between Perthserian and Ludmillian traders. It's enjoyed a steady position in comparison to the US Dollar the last few years at no more than 1.57 exchange rate to no lower than 0.8. Right now it sits at 1.2. It's symbol is Peig

Our currency is the Gallic Dollar ($GLC). Actually, 1 $GLC equals to 1.246 US$. As the US dollar is falling down, ours is still going up.

Ainkien's currency is the Ainkienian Dollar. It is equal to US $0.93.
Because Ainkien is completely surrounded by the US, US dollars are accepted at most retail and tourist-type businesses.

Well, most of 'em aren't very creative names, but there seems to be some solid and realistic exchange rates here.

Lower Columbia uses the coulomb (Ç). Ç1.00 is typically the same as about US$1.92.

Meh. I take my exchange rate from NationStates, or rather, an economy calculator for that game. It probably has some upper limit to how strong a nation's currency can be.

Re: What's your country's currency and how much is it worth?
We use the Tongolian Dollar (TGD) both in Tongolia and Sarnia.
1 TGD = 2.329 USD
1 TGD = 2.329 USD
Re: What's your country's currency and how much is it worth?
The raffi is now officially not pegged to the Singapore dollar after the alteration of the former Singapore-Raffore Islands (now Singapore-Rafforsia) Alliance Declaration. This will take effect from August 1st 2009 onwards with a starting rate to be S$1 = ri$0.75 and ri$1 = S$1.33
