Issues on Perthshire-Novland War

As the AIN Minister of Safety and Health, the innocent civilians of Perthshire and any other nations that has been bombarded by weapons and Weapons of Mass Destructions will have to suffer no matter which buildings has been bombed.

In regard to saving the innocent people, I have suggested into sending Peacekeeping Forces to evacuate all people at any built-up areas (suburbs, cities, towns, etc.) that has been constantly attacked by weapons. The evacuees will then be transported to AIN Peacekeeping Camps for safety and such camps will not be attacked directly or indirectly. Evacuees will also have an option of flying to Raffore Islands where 100% safety is guaranteed. This will be a free flight with no airport taxes via Raffore Int. Airlines and Singapore Airlines only.

Does any members of AIN disapproved this action? If not, this will being with immediate effect on April 8th 2009, 8 am GMT +0 at all countries being attacked.

Okay then. Since this has been approved, the Peacekeeping Forces will be sent to the affected countries and evacuate any areas of conflict.

Every AIN nations will have to at least send 200 personnels to help out in this evacuation process. All military forces are not allowed to attack any of these peacekeeping forces. Any military forces that attacks the peacekeeping forces will receive punishment immediately.

200 is 0.5% of our population in Kalnobia, we'd be lucky to have enough medics to serve this requirement and still treat the population. Will it be tolerated if Military Forces from Kalnobia assisted in the evacuation?

It will be allowed as long as the Kalnobian military force do not use any of their weapons.

If I remember correctly, Perthshire is west of Australia. Ainkien has a naval base with a medical ship east of Australia in the Nalsa Islands that will be dispatched to help.

Novland dose not need any peace keepers

If Novland doesn't wish to have any peacekeeping forces, the peacekeepers will then will not be required to enter Novland. However, it is recommended that peacekeepers are allowed to step onto your country as its purpose is to help the civilians only.

Here we go again lols (I'm referring to the incident between an ISC member an an SCJU member a few weeks ago). Sorry to say this Aran, but while Ingo the first didn't use offensive language, the way he said the statement was rather impolite and therefore, a reminder or warning will do.
