I am voting no, because i feel this cj'er is not fully ready. There is too much Maxis on his residential. Although, he has used some custom content for some. I really don't like to use a Map that's already defaulted. Instead of the SF Bay Area. I thought he might want to re-create a similiarity to it. I'd be willing to help if I may. But right now I will say NO

I vote NO because of the reasons listed above (too much maxis content). I do understand that you are extremely eager to join and that you have lots of potential, but I think you can brush up on the custom content. You can refer to my application for inspiration.

Unfortunately it is a no from me, although stick around for a month or so for our city building summit, it will definetly give not just you, but everyone some great tips and ideas to take back so you can re-apply...

I'm going to have to say no. I'm really sorry, I just feel like you are just not there yet with the custom content and building skills. But with time, you will get better and you are always welcome to apply again!

This ever happen to me. I need 3 month for the next Application, so 1 month not enough I thing.
