Hey, here are some houses I have made. They are Transit Enabled and come in four different sets.
Tell me what you think. Should I do something different?

The diagonals looks a bit plain and empty, maybe add some trees or something to the land around the houses?

Yeah and the trees aren't working. Does anyone know how to lot diagonals?

Right now I am using 2x1 lots and its not working... suggestions?

No idea, depends of the focus (zoom), sometimes. Well it's some bugs, maybe if you delete and redownload the bat, it'll work well.

Well I think one of your LODs are messed up, try it again and see what it looks like in the render. Then you should a test in-game to see if it works properly.

Oh sorry, I was talking about the giant rectangle of pale greenness around the diagonal lots, just wondering if that's part of them. And yeah, I was talking about a Desert texture

@Blakeway: I have no idea what you're talking about

@ Evillions- I will work on that. I think I will make the diagonals park buildings instead of props and see if that works.

@Liberater- Oh, actually the diagonals are on lots of 2x1 and 1x2. The base texture is the grass, but the large square was plopped separately to get rid of the jagged look.

EDIT: BTW, does anyone know how to get a building on a smaller lot? Because I don't want to have a 3x3 lot for one house- they are supposed to be w2w.

You're making them into growables right?

Another suggestion, make them into 1x2 lots like one building on that lot. It makes things alot easier cause I don't have to use the LE and PIM to make them grow. ::

Oh the diagonals are just parks to fill in gaps. The rest are growables.

Another advice: put some garbage bin, potted flower and some trees in the street side.

I think its the LODs, you have to resize them into that 1x2 building. You can always rely on LODs to be exact, even when you wanna put props on it too.

but since the house itself is bigger than that, would part of it be cut off if I reduced the LODs? Or is there another way that I dont know of?

Oh and I try to lot your BAT yesterday and it can be 2x2.

the problem with it being 2x2 is that you cant plop them wall to wall.
