No, that is too messy to begin with. If we have a sudden change of diplomacy, the person should address it to the "News & Media" that's why have this particular forum for.

2. Should every nations have its own relation chart?
Purely, optional

3. Should we have a scheduled bilateral summit in order to improve the relations?
Yeah, why not. It would help.

4. Do you have any suggestion about this?

Yes, we need to provide a currency rate from the AINERO to other AIN nation currencies that doesn't follow the AINERO. For example: Hypertrophy's currency to AIN is 2 to 1 from AINERO. We should devise a chart of the AIN Monetary system.
