PASSED | Ban on Second Nations

[DIRECTIVE] Members will be limited to 1 nation. Only full member nations will be allowed to have dependencies. Dependencies will be members-by-proxy of their parent nation. Full member nations are limited to 2 dependencies each. Existing member nations and their dependencies are unaffected by this rule.

Definition of member-by-proxy: A member-by-proxy is a form of membership that is completely dependent on the membership of another nation. If that nation exits the union, or has it's membership terminated, then any members-by-proxy attached to that nation are automatically exited as well.

Members-by-proxy -
- DO have their own City Journals;
- DO have the right to take part in, and bid for, AIN events;
- DO NOT have their own embassies in other nations, except their parent nation;
- DO NOT host embassies of other nations, except their parent nation;
- ARE subject to the same membership requirements as any other nation.

Amnesty -
- This rule does not affect existing member nations of the AIN and no nation will be exited from the AIN should this rule pass, except at the member's discretion.
