Should we have bidding committees?

Currently, hosts of events are chosen by admins. Part of my election campaign was to change this. So, I would like to propose the following:

For all events, a bidding committee, made up of 7 non-bidding members. There would be 3 admins, 2 full members and 2 junior members.

Any thoughts or questions?

At the moment, only admins decide hosts. This proposal wouldn't change much, the people bidding wouldn't notice any difference when it comes to bidding.

It would mean that more members, both full and junior, would have some input into where events were held.

I support this idea, Dan. Its much more fair to have non-bidding and outside parties to decide. The IOC prohibits bidding NOCs to vote during IOC Sessions.
