2011 Latin Cup

In Febuary, 2011, Insulo will host the first annual AIFF Latin Cup. This
cup will be open to all countries that speak languages descended from
Latin (or Romance Languages), including French, Spanish, Italian,
Portuguese, Romanian, Catalan, Corsican, Emiliano-Romagnolo, Lombard,
Occitan, Gascon, Piedmontese, Aromanian, Sardinian, Sicilian, Venetian,
Galician, Asturian, Neapolitan and Friulian. To qualify a country must
meet one of the following two requirments:

• Have a Latin language as the Official Language
  
• Over 45% of the Population Speaks a Latin Language as a First or Second Language

Atlantic Federation - Confirmed
Escambia - Confirmed
Fairview - Awaiting Response
Gansbaai - Confirmed
Hispania - Awaiting Response
Illu'a - Confirmed
Insulo - Confirmed (Host)
Lisieux - Confirmed
New Chandler - Confirmed
Roanoke Island - Confirmed
Rorysville - Confirmed
Starfishland - Confirmed

your Country meets the requirements and is not on the list, as it's
just the result of a quick check by me, please sign-up below.

Arcacia is not interested.

The Royal and Holy Kingdom of Cattala, and the Province of Rhodes, qualify, but are not interested.

The Atlantic Federation is intested. Both French and Portuguese are official languages.
