how to switch right side to left side

It's recommended to use the SKU2 updated SimCityLocale.dat because there is english Ukraine version. But if you want to try, the SKU1 version could also work.
1. Rename the folder that contain SimCityLocale.dat into UKenglish (without space).
2. In registery editor, select HKLM\software\maxis\simcity4\1.\language double click dword and chage the value into 13.
3. Test the game. If the text messed, I still cant find the solution, sorry so just switch it back. If the text is normal, the switch is success.... just fit with the NAM texture.

If you want to return it, just rollback these steps above.

What do you mean by "english Ukraine version"?

I think that's an error for "UK English".
