Day 4 - AIN Sports

Do you think we should add more sports ? What other sports would you like ? Would you like a collaboration with another union for the soccer Cup of Nation ? Will you bid for tennis or soccer ?

Note : You can discuss on other topics too.

Like i have stated before, for our first year or half year we need to remain working on our union stuff first.. and then working if other unions.

Here are the following sports i think our union should have to play against each:

Soccer
Basketball
Baseball
Cricket
Hockey
Tennis

We don't need a lot cause most of us have National Teams that play in a SimSports league.. I would say the AIN Sports is like a training league in a way to get us ready for the Simlympics.. I love the idea of the countries getting together peacefully and playing sports.. But thats my opinion at the moment. I may add on it based on any statements later

You're right about it but we need kinda 3 more people to have everything ok.

This is way off topic but i think every members avatar that has a country should be there country flag. So its easier to indentify what country they are and who your speaking with

I agree with Nate on the collaboration. We should improve the union before going full out intergalactical. Also, I agree with what you said about the flags as avatars. They help tremendously.(I'm kinda being a hypocrite right now since I changed my avatar on simsports)

I think that we should have our own unique sport just for AIN...

Also, to reduce any union splits or conflict, I think that we should have only one bidder from the union per simlympic or other hosting event, because if there's two or more bidding, due to the number of people we have in this union, some could get all competitive and crazy. So for example, Aranho is the AIN bidder for the April simlympics. This is just an idea, what do y'all think?

And Petrova is interested in hosting soccer and tennis tournaments.

idk maybe in the future.. Cause Escambia was gunna release there 2009 bid this weekend.. And i just finished my simlympic park.. So maybe in the future do that. Cuz it might even cause tension not allowing someone to bid

yeah. Either way it will prolly cause tension. But hey if your gunna bid you know you either win or lose. Just gotta take what you get an accept it.. Your not going to win everything in your life.

Agree with all the above but, I think the fear of trying to avoid tension is going to make things worse. Just let them lie with the understanding that we need to stay chilled as a group

Very good point Dljrfn2000, We just need to work together, without thinking about tension, and if something does arise, then will take care of it

ok, the majority of AIN rejects the idea put forth in this thread and i agree with y'all. we cant stop anyone from bidding and that would really make conflict. sorry for the bad idea!
